JSSPS School Library provides academic resources for all constituents of the school students, faculties and administrative staff. The library strives to make resources readily accessible when and wherever they are needed to enhance and promote the total growth and development of the students. The library endeavors to provide students with opportunities to learn how to utilize materials in a variety of formats to access information so that they can continue lifelong learning.

The library – the treasure house of books and periodicals – is a centre of intellectual activity of any institution.  The Library strives to its readers in the interest of creativity and innovation, the predecessors of learning and development.  The library started along with the institution in the year 2011. It has a well-equipped library stacking more than 10,000 volumes of books in various subjects, fiction, non-fiction,  encyclopedias, dictionaries and other reference materials etc.  The library subscribes to more than 15 periodicals in print. 



The services provided by the library includes Lending service, Reference service, Internet Browsing, Current Awareness Service (CAS), and Selective Dissemination of Information  (SDI) Service.A separate Digital Knowledge Centre or e library has been established in order to enable the users to browse the e-learning materials, e books, e papers, and other online journals. 



The library services have been automated with the software named “AlphaLibEz”. It is a menu driven, interactive, user-friendly package, designed with utmost care to meet the students’ information needs, such as the availability of books, status of the books, user details etc. The library has one file server and two computers for the automation and circulation. and another 5 systems are kept for users for the purpose of browse the ebooks and  searching Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC), .
